Creating an Account
When you create your account, you'll choose a password and provide the following information: To register an account: 1. Click New Users at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page to open the registration form. 2. Type your account information. Fields that require information are marked with an asterisk (*). We'll automatically subscribe you to our mailing list. If you do not wish to receive the benefits and savings offered in our email-newsletter, deselect the checkbox directly below your account information. 3. To create an account, you must read and accept our user agreement and policies. To indicate that you agree, check the box at the bottom of the page. 4. Click the "REGISTER!" button at the bottom of the page. top Choosing a Password When you register, you'll choose a password. You'll be asked to provide your password each time you log in to your Midgets with Tickets account. Choose a password 6-20 characters in length that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. You can use any combination of numbers and letters, in either upper or lower case. Your password is case-sensitive. top Logging In to Your Account To log in to your account: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page. 2. Type your email address and password. 3. Click the Login button. top Retrieving a Forgotten Password If you've forgotten your password, we'll email you a new, temporary one. To receive a new password: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page. 2. Click Forget your password? directly below the Login button. 3. Type your email address. 4. Click the "SEND PASSWORD" button and we'll send a new, temporary password to the email address associated with your account. 5. Follow the link in the email and type your temporary password to log in to your account. 6. Upon logging in, you'll be prompted to change your password. Your password is case sensitive. 7. Click the submit button to continue. top Changing Your Account Information You can change or update your account information at any time. To change your account information: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page. You may be prompted to log in to your account. Upon logging in, your account information displays. 2. Click Edit Profile. 3. Edit the information in your account. 4. Click the "SAVE CHANGES" button to save your changes. top |
