Logging In to Your Account
To log in to your account: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page. 2. Type your email address and password. 3. Click the Login button. If you've forgotten your password, click Forget your password? Type your email address or username and click the Continue button. We'll send a new, temporary password to the email address associated with your account. top Changing Your Account Information You can change or update your account information at any time. To change the information in your account: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page. You may be prompted to log in. 2. Click the Edit Profile link on the control panel menu. 3. Change or update the information in your account. 4. Click SAVE CHANGES to save your changes. top Changing Your Password To keep your account secure, it's a good idea to periodically change your password. You can change your password at any time. To change your password: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the Midgets with Tickets web page. You may be prompted to log in. 2. Click Edit Profile on the control panel menu. 3. In the New Password field, type your new password. 4. Verify your new password by retyping it in the Confirm New Password field. 5. Click "SAVE CHANGES" to save your new password. top Viewing Your Activity History You can view your account's activity at any time by logging into your account at the top of the page where it says "ACCOUNT LOGIN". Once logged in you will see a control panel menu where you can access your latest transactions and your history of activity. top Unsubscribing from Email If you would like to be removed from our mailing list: 1. Click Account Login at the top of the page. 2. Click on the link for "Edit Profile". 3. At the bottom of the page uncheck the box labeled "Subscribe to Midgets with Tickets Mailing List". top |
